The classist thinking that was prevalent in Mr. Smallwood's time is apparent in his sales literature and is disturbing to us now. However, in an effort to accurately document the history of Smallwood NY, we felt compelled to include it in these pages.

The Smallwood  of today is a community rich in it's diversity, and is an extremely desirable community to live in.
